South Beach Diet - Before/Current Photos

OK girls, I know we've done this a few times in the past, but I thought maybe we could do it again for those who are newer to our forum. Also thought it might be a good idea for a sticky, if a mod wants to do that.

PS: I don't have an after because I am at my heighest weight...but here is what I look like! This is me and Dad this Father's Day in PA.

What cute girls! You guys look great. I can't post an after because I'm still a before and I seem to have an allergic reaction to cameras. But I'll try to work up the nerve.

Jessie, you are beautiful! The pic makes you look a little like a prettier Rachael Ray. Your daddy looks proud to be standing next to you.

Incidentally, 2 weeks, 43 hours, and 15 minutes smoke-free, not that anyone's counting....

Let's see if I can manage this. I am the one seated at the table with my husband in the picture from my 20 year high school reunion (back in 2001) before I started South Beach. In the recent picture from this year's Cub Scout camp, I am standing next to last year's camp director.

Barb WOW!! I have seen an after picture, but never the before. You work so hard at this and it shows!!!!! :hug:

I figured out how to attach, so will try to find some pictures of me. I am always the one behind the camera!

Eeeek! I don't believe I'm posting my pictures!! :o I hope I do this right.

The before picture was taken at my sister's wedding, about 2 weeks before I first started SB in November 05. I'm around 165 pounds.

The after picture is from my wedding day a little over a year ago. I had reached my goal of 125 pounds.

I don't have a current picture but I'm just a few pounds above picture 2 at this point.

Ya like the hand on hip thing I've got going on?? :rolleyes:

you have to house them somewhere like photobucket or snapfish. i use photobucket.

India It is easier than that! I just figured this out the other day. When you are typing a reply you can scroll down a bit and there is a button called "Manage Attachments"- just click on that an you can upload an image that is saved on your computer. :) When you do it this way it comes up as the smaller image you click on to see larger.

that works if you only use one computer Kiko. I have 3 that I use on a regular basis.

THis is me in March, on vacation in Jaipur...I was about 270 I think...

I love seeing the photos! Guess I am going to have to do some digging myself and see what I can come up with this weekend! It is so great to put a name with a face! Everyone looks great!
