Default Different Books

Hi everyone, do different states have different plans. The reason Im asking is because on one post :"DEB" said in her new book there are at least 5 or 6 cereals that are not listed in my book (gold plan) and since I just went back Im assuming I have the latest book, its what i was told. Ive noticed a couple times that people have posted that something is now in the new book that I sure wish I could say was in mine!!!!!!!!!!

TERZ--sort of--it seems different COD's have slightly varying material. I'm sure are more up to date than others and it often depends on location/franchise/corporate. I aksed mine about the "new" book and they acted like I was nuts. ??

Deb's center has a newer plan than a lot of us have. I believe what she is referring to is GoldII. Eventually all the centers may change to it. I think she is in a test market for it or something like that. There are often small variations from COD to COD, especially when comparing a franchise to a corporate center.

Joni? Sorry to bother you, but by chance you know what kind of weight are we talking about for the Gold II? Is it more food then the regular Gold? Or less?

Hi Nancy - I think it is pretty much the same weights as regular Gold, but they have added things and since there are about 27 pages in this document, it's sort of hard to go through it item by item. One example, this plan says 3C lettuce = 1 veggie; unlimited sugar-free gum (my regular gold book says only 3 pieces of SF gum count as 1 condiment....). PM me if you want a copy.

see, I am just a big cheater, cuz i already eat as much SF gum as I want........and I also eat as much lettuce as I want. I am seriously going to try to continue measuring and weighing faithfully though. I need to see some progress.

Hi, Joni -

Even though I'm a lurker, may I PM you for the Gold2 plan also? From what I saw on previous posts it has more of the things I like - extra starch, dairy and 1/2 protein.

I've plateaued at Gold, oh for about 3 years, lol! My start weight at 5'6" was 176, got down to 147 never made it to stabilization/maintenance bounced back to 160/165. My bod just seems to maintain at 160-165. When I went back to COD, I tried to convince them to put my goal at 160 so I could finish my stab/maint. weeks. Nada. I might try Gold2 to shake things up, but still weigh in at COD.
