I actually play with my kids on a full size one -- let me tell you 20 minutes of jumping up and down makes me sweat like mad and wears me out, so I would assume the same would hold true for a small one

I bought a mini trampoline and just 5 minutes of jumping up and down makes my calves BURN LIKE CRAZY! I don't use it too much because my calves are big enough as they are...I don't need any extra muscle down there. But it's definitely a fun piece of equipment to own.

When I was in my teens, I'd watch tv while jumping on a mini-tramp; I loved it! We have a full sized one now for our sons, and let's just say that, given the size and condition of my breasts, I won't get on it for fear of black eyes and/or frightening neighborhood children! LOL If I could put a mini one in the house, though, I'd probably be on it alot, but there's no way we could do that without one of our children trying to launch one another off of it!

I so want a mini . . . but I'm afraid to buy one without the stability bars/handles (and they are soooo expensive) because I'm afraid I'll end of upside down on my head in a corner, I'm such a klutz At least I haven't fallen off my stability ball - yet.
