These are delicious! The whole 1.4 oz container is only 130 calories and 7 grams of fiber.

Any ideas on how to use these in recipes?

I love them too!! So crunchy!! No ideas on recipes I'm afraid...between me and my kids fighting over them, they don't last long around here!

They are nice in cereal (cold or hot cooked), muffins, to make sauces with to put in a fruit salad, to add to stir frys, salads, couscous, quinoa, pasta salads...anywhere, really!

I love these, but last time I went there they were out of stock! :(

I just bought a bag this weekend as well as a bag of the frozen raspberries! They are huge!

I've been using mine in morning smoothies along with Almond milk and a little OJ. Yum!

I didn't like how they stuck to my teeth really bad when I ate them... so I didn't buy them again. But if I didn't have that issue I would put them on cereal, or in muffins.

The freeze dried mangos are amazing too! A good-sized bag is only 200 calories. They do stick to my teeth a little bit, but worth it! I just EAT THEM.

I saw this thread and bought a bag. I tried them today and I love them! They can stick to my teeth a little, but that doesn't bother me. I know they weigh nothing, but each bit has a lot of flavor, so I find myself very satisfied for very few calories. Thanks for the rec!

I love the freeze dried bananas! Somewhere around 300 calories for the whole bag and I just eat four or five slices at a time. :cb:

Update on my strawberries...

I planned to eat the whole bag yesterday (only 110 calories... they shrank the bag to 1.2 ounces!). Even though I allowed myself to snack on them whenever I felt like it, there's still about 1/3 of the bag left! I'm a "finisher" and I very rarely eat less of a food than I plan on eating.

Wow. Thanks again!
