Oh lordy. I thought I had a hold on myself... I slipped up BAD. Six weeks brought me BACK to my starting point. I am so frustrated.

My friend is getting married and I want to look nice. No longer do I want to look SKINNY. I just don't want to look bad.

So, here I go, back to the beginning. I have til January 5th to look nice.

At least you are back! Back on track.

If you can get to the library and get your hands on a copy of Beck's Diet Solution by Judith Beck, I am willing to bet that you will find enough insight in it to be able to get back from a slip up much quicker.......it is worth a peak!

Thanks, Mary. I looked into that book and it seems really good. There's a wait list a mile long for it at the library (yay for online catalogues!) so I think I will just order it. If I don't like it I can always donate it to the library...
