Default Menus

Hey everyone,

I've never posted on this community, but I have a question that you guys might have an answer to. My sister's mother-in-law is trying to lose weight, but wants a menu to follow. Do any of you know where I could find healthy menus for various types of diets? Thanks!

Most diet books come with a two week sample menu, if she's looking for something specific.

Nutrihand offers a free basic plan that lets you create menus, with recipes, for just about any type of diet. I found it really helpful
