Hi everyone!
I am planning on joining weight watchers tomorrow and haven't been on it in a very long time. I have been overweight for my whole life and am determined to widdle my way down even if it takes me a couple of years!! I am looking for great ideas and recipes and want to help and support others and could use some encouraging words myself. Does anyone have some helpful hints to help get me started? I think I am going to do the points plan. I look forward to getting to know you guys!
