I'm starting CORE this wednesday and i seriously can't wait. I want to give the sweet snacks a rest for a bit and try some whole foods...I love granola it keeps me so full but it's soooo many points...so i've stuck to my Special K this week. Just wanted to know if it's ok on CORE.
Granola is not on Core bummer huh? Granola tends to be high in fat and calories,most anyways.I'm sure there is a way to make it using oats and what not but im sure it wont be something as good as nature valley or something.
