Did anyone see Jenny McCarthy on The View today? She is 5'6 and after she had her son 5 years ago she weighed 220 pounds! She is gorgeous! She said she thought being in Hollywood and having a personal trainer that it would be easy but it didn't work, she did Weight Watchers instead and lost a lot of weight. I missed the start of it, so I don't know how much she lost, but hearing her talk about the points and so many foods are "zero" points, I am thinking about trying it .
Any info on weight watchers would be great. For example if YOU are on WW, I'd love to hear what your average meal plan for a day is like!
