Hello ladies, I just picked up 3 Fat Chicks on Diet and just learned about this website. Does anybody know how to get rid of an ice cream addiction? I got it bad.

Maybe switching to frozen yogurt? Or a low fat/ Cal icecream until you can get to the point where you can enjoy in moderation?

i have to admit, if it is accessible then most likely you will eat it

switch to other products ... skinny cow is great for me, i know the serving size and it works beautifully into my WW flex day for the day

also, i freeze ff non dairy whipped topping, i do a scoop of that with fresh berries

its helps me into getting into better habits

Peachy - Glad you found us! As for the icecream...it's my vice, I just can't have it in the house or it will be gone. Something that will make up for it though, is TCBY Chocolate Sorbet bars...they're really yummy!

About 3 years ago I did WW and found the Blue Bunny fudge bars- AWESOME!! I fell off the wagon after I found out that I was pregnant with twins. Not sure if they are still made or not but worth looking for. Also, Klondike makes a sugar free(I think) and they were to die for!!
