Default Who is David Williams?

He was on "f word" the other evening. Is is a female impersonator?

Also, what's her face, I've forgotten her name, seemed to refer to apples as "stosh". Huh?

I think you mean David Walliams - yes he is a female impersonator of sorts - he became famous for half of the comedy act in comedy series Little Britain (I think it's being shown on BBC America).

The female is probably Janet Street Porter (red hair, tall, unique accent, rather loud?). V. successful business woman in the media world. She's 60 yrs old - she doesn't look it does she?

Thanks. I'll have to look for Little Britain.

Yes, that's the lady I meant. So, are apples "stosh"?

Thats a new one on me... I've never heard of apples being called 'stosh' before and JSP and I both come from the same part of London. I just hate her voice.... awful woman!

They are meant to be remaking Little Britain for America with Simon Fuller (of American Idol and Spice Girls fame) as consultant or producer sort of thing.

I've never heard of 'stosh'... she may have been saying "stodge" i.e referring to Gordon's stodgy pudding?
