Default Binge free week, April 2nd Start
Hello, I know I'm still new here but I am really needing this thread this week so I thought I'd start it!

Yesterday I finally got my week-long binge under control and had a normal day. Today has been going fine so far. I waited way too long to eat lunch so I had a little more than I needed, but it definitely wasn't a binge (I remember someone saying on another thread that there is a big difference for them between overeating and a binge... I'm the same way).

So this week I am really going to push myself to make it through without a binge...the trick for me is staying busy, it's when I'm bored and tired that I have a hard time talking myself out of bingeing. Wish me luck and good luck to everyone else too!

I'm in! Last week I made it for 6.5 days but the binge wasn't that terrible. I'm excited knowing that I can do this.

RocknRoll, congrats!!!! I can't believe I've made it to Thursday without Binging I have to keep going!!!!! This is day 4, but this weekend will be tough I'm going to my friends house for the weekend for easter and her mom loves to feed us!

RocknRoll, I'd love to know what website you're talking about.... it got bleeped out on the post.

This is really weird but this week i did not post on these boards... i just kind of forgot about binging! Since this i have gone 7 full days without a binge and i feel GREAT!! I have lost 7.5 pounds and i have never had this much energy before! Its a miracle! haha
