Can't seem to get it right!
I have been on LAWL since Janury 23, 2007. I've lost 10 pounds, but this past 4-5 weeks I have been playing with the same 3 pounds. Down 3 up 3. This week I have been deligent on what I am eating and writing it down. The LAWL counselor says my diary looks good, but I gain a pound....ekkkkkkk! I will weigh in again tonight and the way I feel right now, I haven't lost anything. I sometimes don't eat enough, but mostly I do pretty well. With 80 pounds to lose, you'd think my weight would just drop off...I'm so frustrated.
One thing, I do eat out alot, the correct foods, but I do eat out.
Help please....
