Good afternoon! The day started off a little cloudy with the look of rain but that has cleared up quite a bit. It's a warm, sunny 75-80 outside! Talk about doing a 360 with the weather! I did go out for a nice walk over the lunch hour and ended up sweating. At least I had a lake breeze to keep me a little cool. The trees don't have any leaves so there's no shade. I'm sure that the temps won't last but heck I'll enjoy them while I have them!

Lala: How are you doing??? Is work crazy?

Susan: Did you get any running in over the weekend? I didn't get out and go for a walk but did get a lot of walking in Saturday/Sunday at the mall.

Pam: I hope you get the same nice weather we're experiencing! I'm so glad I opened up my windows at home before I left for work--the house should be aired out really nice.

Karynlee: How is maintenance going for you?

I hope Lisa is having a wonderful time in London/Paris.

So how's everyone doing???

Hi everyone!

I'm sorry I have been so very out of it. I have been very busy and not always with work.

I'm fine. I've talked to a nice nutritionist last week and I'm starting to reassess my foods that I depend on.

More whole and less processed! More protein.

I'm in Savannah this week. Melissa - there is a great tea room there you would love.

More tomorrow!

hello everyone. This is my last week in this office, and I probably won't get much of a chance to post. Just want to let you know what's happening, and that I'll be out of touch until I get settled somewhere.

Running has fallen off the radar screen along with a lot of other things this month. This change is a lot more stressful than I thought it would be.

I'll be ok - just gotta get through it.

Later,
Susan

Lala: DH was in Savannah for rugby a number of years ago and said there were a lot of great places there. I'd love to visit there and go to some of the tearooms I wouldn't want to go when it's too warm though.

Susan: I know what you mean about something being harder than what you thought it would be...I hope that you find something that you're comfortable with and that you'll enjoy. As far as the running goes, you'll get yourself back onto the radar with it.

Not much else here--we hit a high of 79 yesterday and today it's hovering around 63...not too bad. The rest of the week is looking pretty good in terms of no rain and comfortable temps.

Susan,

Getting work shut down is hard work. Please take care of yourself.

Melissa - that is a bit hot for me. I take it your garden is going crazy and waking up now?

I am trying to transfer files to my work laptop so that I can try and deal with data formats while I'm in Savannah. I just got a call from my friend in Augusta and she'll be in Savannah on Thursday, so I get to see her.

I'm soo excited.

Other than that, doing great except for my own self-sabotage eating starbucks lemon loaf - 9.5 pts!

Yoikes.

Hi to everyone outthere in 3fatchicks land!

Lisa - I hope you are finding London lovely and enjoying interesting new things, remember just multiply everything by two and add 10%.

Lala: This morning I brought in some daffodils from the yard that are ready to "pop"--I love seeing the light green of the new leaves, etc. My lilac bush is starting to pop with green. The temps were definitely warmer than I like too! It was muggy and I'm not a fan of that at all! This morning it's a cool 39. I'm not doing well in the food department either--I was over hungry last night and didn't do all that great; doesn't help that TOM is due today or tomorrow and I feel like my pantyhose are cutting me in half!

Hi to Pam, Susan, Lisa, Karynlee!

Can't wait to hear from Lisa about her trip!

Just a quick update--stayed the same this week which is amazing since I had a bit of a wreck with a bag of potato chips and TOM is looming on the horizon. I need to focus because I want to be down a few more pounds before I head to FL at the end of April!
