I am new to dieting although I have always eaten healthily , just a lot too much of it!!
Well, I have bought some scales just so I can moniter my progress and I am amazed at how wildly my weight varies from one day to the next, even from morning to night.Yes, yes, I know I shouldn't be getting on the scales every day!
but is that right to vary 3 lbs in one day? How can I accurately tell how much I've lost - except to say the lower weight is slowly reducing?
Any thoughts on this please? Should I be hiding my scales?
