I'm sorry you had a bad night, HotDoc. I've been having a rough few weeks too lately -- I'm not bingeing, per se, but I'm eating JUST ENOUGH over my caloric needs to still be gaining weight. And it's not just emotional eating either, when I finally give in, I'm REALLY hungry! It's so frustrating to know that if I just had the discipline to avoid that last 100 or 200 calories I'd be able to lose, or at the very least NOT gain, any weight.
Thanks for sharing your opinion on WW. I was thinking about joining Weight Watchers here, but after hearing your review, I think I'll skip it.
Try not to beat yourself up over last night -- we all have setbacks, but today is a new day. Wishing you the best.
