I am down a pound to nine stone 11 pounds. Still trying to shift that Christmas weight and its almost St Patricks Day!!

My new scales had me 4 pounds up over night. It was my birthday though so I have an excuse (as always).

Ahh the 'joy' of being able to weigh yourself daily.

Btw I've moved Michele's post over to this thread if anyone is confused.

At least you have your own scales now and won't have to go to Boots every week.

just had a moment of panic when my keyboard wouldnt work! had to reboot seems ok at the moment. i`m all the 8`s (well nearly) - 188.8 lbs down into the next "decade" and nearly a third of the way to my goal. thats about 2 and a half - 3 down from last week, mad

I forgot to weigh however I was up a pound on Wednesday methinks I'll have to check it out tomorrow morning. I was going to weigh today but I'd eaten my breakfast before I remembered!

I weighed in at exactly the same weight I did on 17th Feb and ever since. I really have to get with it more this week!
