Well, Im UP a pound this week....AAARRRGGG!! I think I've finally hit the point where I HAVE to start exercising... I havn't really up until now, but I knew it was coming.

Robin I've already said this in another thread, but CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!
I can't wait to post that same news. I read your post as to how you've done it, and I totally hear ya about the changing the brain....I think if alot of the weight problem is mental and emotional release the pounds can very well just fall right off! GOOD FOR YOU!
As for me, I am down 9.5lbs for my first week. gotta love water loss!

Hi EM... Strength training = muscle, right? Are you taking measurements? I bet you're losing a ton of muscle and toning up!
