..cause you to be at a stand still in the weight-loss ?? Ever since I started doing the WATPs everyday it seems I'm not losing like I was. Nothing has changed in my eating, so I'm not sure what's up. It's really depressing tho.

It can but it is temporary. When you start or change an exercise routine your muscles tend to retain water to help repair and rebuild the little tears in them that exercise causes. This can show either no loss or even a gain at first. Sometimes it takes 3-4 weeks for them muscles to adjust and release that water.
