Anyone using Core Rhythms?
I've been using the Core Rhythms Videos for about 3 months now. It took a while before I could get the hang of the moves. I realized how unco-ordinated I really was. I have been able to get through the warm up and the main routine and part of the next portion but not the entire first video. I had to get a mirror so I could see myself doing the moves because I felt like I wasn't doing it correctly. I'm feeling it in my hips but not my stomach. I've had a C-section so I'm not sure if that's part of it or what. Just wondering if anyone has had any thoughts or advice. How long have you used it? Has it helped at all?
