Thumbs up Lazanki - Similar to Lo Mein

This was quick and easy and we loved it!

1 med. head cabbage sliced
8 oz. uncooked spaghetti
1T olive oil
2 large onions, sliced
lite salt and pepper to taste
2T Lite Soy Sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Pour olive oil into large skillet heated to med high heat
add cabbage and cook until almost tender
Add onions
Saute until cabbage is fork tender
Remove from heat

Bring large pot of water to a boil.
Add spaghetti (I used Whole wheat and it was excellent!)
Cook spaghetti until "al dente"; drain.

Combine cabbage mixture and pasta. Add salt and pepper and soy sauce; mix well and transfer to a 9x13 inch casserole dish. (I sprayed mine with Pam)
Cover with foil and bake 30 min.

6-8 servings
1S 2V 1C

Bring a large pot of water to a boil.

Thanks for this recipe I added stirfried sirloin and my family liked it. I added some spagetti squash to mine to bulk up the veggies and not the starch.
