I was nine stone 6llbs the Saturday before Christmas today I am
nine stone 11lbs a gain of 5 pounds. I can really feel it mind you I have been
a complete pig I am looking forward to getting back to normal eating.
I just ate a cooked brekkie (veggie one) and followed it with some choccy!!
According to the Boots scales and I must stress I had my jacket and heavy shoes on and that they are different from my usual ww scales by a few pounds... anyway 5 and a half pounds on. That's over 2 weeks.
The really bad thing is I thought I was eating and drinking ok.
3lbs not too bad, i think if i worked hard the next week i could loose the majority of it..... stupid thing is i started again on saturday (back to diet) but then last night i had a fair bit of alcohole with my boyfriend, so i think its ruined 2 days of wonderfull low dieting.
oh well. anyone got any statergies to shift the weight?
I have yet to go to Boots to weigh in. I amy do so tomorrow. I certainly did not eat too much on Christmas day although I did eat some liquer choccies over the holidays. I did go to 2 different parties so I guess I have been naughty but I don't believe I have eaten as much as I usually do at Christmas. Time will tell......
I have put on 5lbs since the end of November, which I'm pretty pleased with to be honest! Considering I went to the gym once during the whole month of December and cheated way too much. I sort of went into the holiday spirit at Thanksgiving which meant avoiding the gym aswell as eating holiday foods . I weighed this morning and am back up to 173lbs.
It's a new year ladies and a new start, you can get back on your plan and forget all about the holidays .
I hadn't put on anything until this weekend, I was very sedentary, celebrating New Years and my birthday (early still 2 weeks until I'm 40
I got back in town yesterday and am about 4 lbs up. I just ran 5 miles and I think the scales will look pretty good in the morning. Overall probably a 2 or 3 lb gain. I feel very bloated though I haven't lifted weights in a week, back to that tomorrow. I'm hope the gym isn't packed with resolution people, that aggrevates me.
I haven't weighed myself for a while so no idea! Feel fatter, though, so I've been back tracking myself on Fitday and today finally replaced my knackered running shoes! Have also been doing the Eowyn Challenge and since late Nov have walked over 100 miles, so hopefully that might offset some of the excesses.
Last year I stuck to my diet rigidly, and exercise, even xmas day - only ate about 3 handmade chocolates of a whole box DH bought me, and maybe (I forget) one other naughty thing - and I seem to remember I put on a couple of pounds. So the whole thing's too soul destroying to bother with anymore! I'm just back eating clean and exercising hard and might dare to weigh myself at the end of Jan!
