Ditto. I heard of Kashi from the ladies in calorie counters. I've only tried the oatmeal, but I must say, it is absolutely scrumptious. I eat it as a snack, sometimes with a banana, and it really fills me up with all that fiber and protein, but makes me feel good like I normally do after eating simple carbs. I didn't know they made products other than cereal. Actually I ran out and everytime I think of going to the grocery store (which has been delayed cuz DH and I just organized and changed around the entire house), I just think how I'm dying to replace my Kashi oatmeal!
