I can never get over how much I love Kashi products. They are coming out with new stuff all of the time. Today I tried their rice, and OMG it was delicious! So nutty and flavorful.

I also love their:
cereal
granola bars
blueberry waffles
oatmeal
energy bars

I normally try and eat only fresh, non processed foods. But Kashi products have so much fiber and protein and I think that they are really good for you.

Ditto. I heard of Kashi from the ladies in calorie counters. I've only tried the oatmeal, but I must say, it is absolutely scrumptious. I eat it as a snack, sometimes with a banana, and it really fills me up with all that fiber and protein, but makes me feel good like I normally do after eating simple carbs. I didn't know they made products other than cereal. Actually I ran out and everytime I think of going to the grocery store (which has been delayed cuz DH and I just organized and changed around the entire house), I just think how I'm dying to replace my Kashi oatmeal!

Their frozen entrees are really good too.

Oh yes, I forgot about the fronzen entrees. They are awesome! My fav is the chicken pasta.

I wish they offered more vegetarian frozen entrees. I like the Black Bean Mango, but that's all they have
