I took dd shopping today to spend her Christmas money so today, while not perfect, is turning out OK.
B-greek omelet
L-Olive Garden (2 bowls minestrone, 1 bread stick, 3 bites cheese cake)
S-green tea
D-1oz baked scoops, 1 C chili (homemade, beans only), 1oz cheddar cheese
S-deciding if I need one
B-Cheerios w/ soymilk, OJ, coffee w/ skim, giant banana
S-frosted shredded wheat bites
L(part 1)-Tomato soup, couple bites of string cheese, a little bit of leftover mashed potato made without a lot of fat, couple bites of leftover stovetop stuffing
L(part 2)-whole wheat tortilla w/ leftover round steak, spinach & mustard, way too many squares of dark chocolate
S-Fiber One cereal
S-junky granola bar
D-pasta w/ marinara, meatballs, & parmesan cheese, couple more squares of dk chocolate
S-cheerios, orange
about 2100 calories. I need to get my butt on my bike after I finish this orange.
