Nutrion facts for Sushi and Sashimi?

Does anyone know the caloric and fat content for Japanese style Sushi and Sashimi? Or would they happen to know a webpage where I can get the info?

Any help would be great.

Here is what I have as an average:

Sushi (100 grams) with vegetables and fish contains 238 calories, 9 grams protein, less than 1 gram of fat, 48 grams of carbohydrate and 1.5 grams of fiber.
