This is more of a Slurpee than a Blizzard but very good. I use 1 cup of club soda and 1/2 tub of Crystal Light. Blend in blender, add ice cubes and blend, adding ice cubes to reach desired consistency! Enjoy! I don't have the point count for WW, but can't be much as an 8 oz. gladd of Crystal Lifht is only 5 calories.

Smile Root Beer Float

This way soooo good... and easy

1 can of diet A & W Root Beer (any would do)
1 scoop of frozen cool whip free

Pour into a big cup and add the frozen cool whip-virtually free for the point value and creamier than the real thing!

Default Mochacchino=2 points

This is a great summer drink and oh so trendy from all those pop-up coffee places...

1 cup (leftover) coffee-cooled
1 cup FF coffee flavored ice cream-I used Starbuck's
1/4 cup FF/SF chocolate syrup
1 cup ice cubes
2 tbsp. Cook whip free-to top it off!

Blend everything except the cool whip, divide into two fancy glasses and top with cool whip!

Default 15 calorie chocolate shake!

Im always looking for healthy ways to still eat the things i love. This shake was my own invention.

2 c ice cubes
2 table spoons fat free coolwhip
Chocolate flavored torani sugar free syrup flavoring
a little water is needed to make blend smoother

sometimes i like to make my shakes chocolate rasberry ones by adding some of crystal lites rasberry ice powder. It just adds like 5-10 calories, and is a great taste booster

Default Here are some Smoothie Recipes.

Here are a couple Smoothies.

Although there are other fruits in these recipes, you can switch out the Fruits.

Blueberry/Banana Fruit Smoothie
(Combine 1/2 cup each of skim milk, frozen blueberries, sliced banana, and 8 ounces vanilla fat-free aspartame-sweetened yogurt in a blender; process until smooth. Sprinkle with 1 tsp toasted wheat germ.) (4 Points)

Banana Smoothie
(Combine 1 cup fat-free milk, 1 banana, 2 tbsp toasted wheat germ, 1 tbsp sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla extract in a blender; process until smooth.) (6 Points)

Strawberry Smoothie
(Combine 1 cup sliced strawberries, 1/2 cup skim milk and 8 oz. vanilla fat-free light yogurt in a blender; process until smooth.) (5)

Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie
(Combine 1 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup skim milk & 8 oz vanilla fat-free aspartame-sweetened yogurt in a blender; process until smooth.) (4)

I personally use a Base of the following then add the Fruit I want.

Smoothie Base:
1/2 Cup Skim Milk (1pt)
4 oz. Yogurt (sugarfree, Fatfree)(I buy Dannon Lite and Fit)(2pts)
(3 points total)

Blend well and add the fruit that you desire.

Hope this helps.
