Cant remember if I hiked on the 12th, but on the 13th we did all our wood for the winter - about 3 hrs of walking the field and chucking the wood into the dump truck then about 2 hrs of loading it by wheel barrow to the shed to stack - DH and I took turns hauling and stacking- it was a total arm workout.
Last Monday hiked in the rain with a 20+ lb pack, no walk on Thursday
Hope today and next thrus for sure since Sat going on long backpack hiking overnight - brrrr
Well I have made a commitment that once I have lost 10 pounds per my Weight Watchers weigh in that I am heading back to the gym. As of last week I was down a little over 6 pounds so we will see how my weigh in goes tomorrow. Until then I am still walking Java everyday.
Wednesday: 30 minute walk at lunch, 30 minutes of yoga
Thursday: 30 minute walk at lunch, 30 minutes of yoga
Friday: 30 minute walk at lunch
Saturday: 30 minutes of yoga
Sunday: rest day
Monday: 30 minute walk at lunch
Tuesday: 30 minute walk at lunch
