Nope. It wasn't an American flag, it was a Canadian flag - We don't have $2 bills anymore. We have $2 coins rather stupidly referred to as "toonies". The $10 bill looks like it has an American flag - but it's the Red Ensign, which was Canada's flag before 1965. Thus endeth the lesson.
