Default Exercise videos

Opinions, PLEEEEEEEASE!!! I need something that will get me sweating, that doesn't take a lot of room, but that I can keep up with! I'm not coordinated, either. I need the perfect exercise video, yesterday!

If you have any suggestions, please share!!!?? My dungeon is too friggin cold with this cold spell we are having, (that is where the treadmill is) and I need a living room exercise.

My favorites Abs and Chest of Steel 2000, Yoga for Dummies, Pilates for Dummies.

I don't use the Pilates as much any more Jen, if you want it I can send it to you.

Kathy Smith not working huh... Me sorry.

I have 2 others here I have to open up still and try. Cardio Salsa & Paula Abdul Cardio Dance? Cardio something. I'll test them out real soon and report back for ya Jennifer. Maybe these 2 might be a bit easier. I still havent got up to even attempting the other segments on the Kickboxing DVD...cause the beginners segment is still a bit fast for me as well...ESP. when that oriental guy gets going. Man....is he like the World Winning Kickboxer or something???

Debbie Does... oh wait, not THOSE kind of workout videos...

I like my yoga zone beginners tape, my Veena Bidasha's bellydance (fat burner), and oldies like Tae Bo or Sweatin' to the oldies.

I really like Yoga Zone too. I have a Denise Austin Yoga tape, but she annoys me. I also like the Tai Chi tapes I have.

I have three or four tai-bo tapes... they're GREAT! Well, the 20 minute one I prefer over the hour long.

Jennifer - I absolutely love my Leslie Sansonne walk aerobics tapes. I really like The Walk Away the Pounds set. I think you can buy the set that comes with the blue balls, but I bought the tapes seperately at Target and/or Walmart and use my own handweights.

She also has a new dvd out called Walk Away The Pounds Express, 4 Mile Super Challenge and I love it too, especially when I have time for a 60 minute workout, but she doesn't use handweights on that one. Of course, you could add the handweights if you wanted to, but when I do this one, I'm more interested in just the walking so that I can survive to do the whole 4 miles.

These are great bec you just do them right in front of your tv! and you do not have to be all that coordinated to follow along. Let me know if ya try 'em.

hugs,
cathy

Ohhhhhhh Squeeker! I hate Denise Austin! I really think she's evil.

I love my Winsor Pilates videos as well as my Goddess workouts (bellydance) and now Neena and Veena's Slimdown bellydance workout (thank you Chris!)

I have the Goddess belly dance videos too - love em! You don't need a ton of room to do the workouts either - I live in a one bedroom apartment and can do them in my livingroom.
