My first mini-goal (I just joined 3FC) is to get to my previous low of 190 that I hit in February, '08 after losing 40 lbs in 7 months. Why I couldn't go below that plateau and in fact, gained 15 lbs back on since then is why I am so frustrated and trying some new things, like joining this support group and starting a food diary. Tried the food diary before but could never stick with it--hope to be more successful this time around!
