I've learned to lose weight I need to be so sick I cannot eat more than 400-500 cals a day.....now if I could just actually survive maybe I would lose this weight....:p

Hi Everyone,

How is your week going for you? Have you run into any struggles this week? I have. I took a few days of easy exercises so I could spend more time with my husband and now the scale as jumped back up. Hey, now that is not fair. Spending more time together meant we are exercising together, but I need to find some time to squeeze in a bit more high aerobic activity too to keep that extra weight gain down. I am happy though that he has taken an interest in exercising more, so I definitely want to encourage that. He is trying to lose some weight too.

Thanks for all the encouragement but I am leaving the group....been sick and eating up and down for over a week and now gained I have no idea and it is just too frustrating best wishes to all of you....for me it is not calories in calories out...I have done so many ways of eating and exercise it just does not make sense...I sure can see if your weight is like this and you were young how one could just stop eating all together...but I am not hound and I know a lot of it is due to thyroid so will keep trying to eat healthy and light and do what I can, I just do not fit on this page.....

Today's weigh-in shows I went down 0.5lbs. That is still good though. I was worried I would be the same as last week or slightly up. I feel some relief now. Hope the rest of you are more successful than me.

Beautiful Day
 
Today was a beautiful day in Florida. I am down 3 pounds. I got lots of outside time. Walked with my daughter on a little red wagon food drive for the local food banks, played frisbee, tennis, boccee ball and fetch with the dog. Goal for myself is to get moving more. Hope everyone enjoyed there day.:^:

Thanks Corinna...the eliptical really kicks my butt. Haven't gotten on it yet tonight. Busy day. Work was hectic, but I stayed on track with eating. Leave tomorrow for Central Florida Fair. My daughter is showing her sheep there. Lots of fun, but dreading all the good smelling vendors of funnel cakes and fries.....I am packing a cooler to limit temptations. Wish me luck.. DON'T QUIT

When you've eaten too much and you can't write it down,
And you feel like the biggest failure in town.
When you want to give up just because you gave in,
And forgot all about being healthy and thin.
So what! you went over your allowance a bit.
It's your next move that counts....SO DON'T YOU QUIT!

It's a moment of truth, it's attitude and change.
It's learning the skills to get back in your range.
It's telling yourself 'you've done great up till' now',
You can take on this challenge and beat it somehow.

Good Morning Ladies And maybe someone here can give me some insight. I have lost weight this year by cleaning up my diet and stopping the mindless consumption of calories. I am now exercising. albeit at a much lower pace than I had been used to a decade ago.
This week my weight has fluctuated upwards! I am super careful with my calories. I am FRUSTRATED! Help me not lose hope.
