Seeking ideas for a 3 week weight loss
I am head off to a two week trip with my dh on the 19th and I would like some ideas for a short term quicker weight loss between now and them (actually less than three weeks, but oh well). My weight loss has been moderately slow last week and this - maybe two pounds a week. I eat around 1600 to 1700,somewhat lower carb than I used to (around 166), and I exercise from one hour to two hours a day (either both cardio, or one weights). Its not like I am close to goal, I am at least 75 pounds from goal, so there should be something that could get it going faster.
