Red face Anyone on WW and Six Wk Body Makeover?

Hi I'm back after a small absence and going back to WW tomorrow. I'm gonna try to incorporate Michael Thurman's diet in with it, too. Anybody been successful doing this? I've got 50# to lose and I really need additional support besides my WW group. Thanks for any responses...

Hi there SUE . . . to the Age 50+ Forum, Chickie . . . so glad to see you back at 3FC and definitely hope you will be joining us on this forum.

We definitely have some of our 'regulars' who are doing Weight Watchers; but I'm not sure if there is anyone on the Six Week Body Makeover . . . you would probably find better support for that one over on the General Diet Plans Forum . . . http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=10 . . . and, of course, there is a whole forum devoted to Weight Watchers . . . http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=18

Don't think I've heard of anyone incorporating both of those together . . . good luck to you . . . keep us posted on your progress.

Hi Sue,

I think you can incorporate pretty much any type of healthy eating with WW.

Thanks for the replies..Weighed in last night and was exact weight when last weigh-in in October 07, so at least I haven't gained over the winter. Stayed after and went through the program with the new joiners. Hopefully- no, absolutely-I will begin making progress again. I think for now I will just concentrate on WW, but use the exercise program for 6-wk makeover since I don't have a favorite exercise regimen to follow. I'll check back next week for the results...
