Default Hi everyone , I'm new here.

Hi everyone , it's always kinda awkward for me to introduce myself.

I'm Adam , I'm 24 years old and student in computer science (almost finished my master degree) , I'm also a big fitness enthousiat and like everything that's related to diet and training.

Here's a picture of me now :

Edit : I must get to 25 posts to show you a picture of me , this is a relief as I'm pretty shy.

I really lack sleep and get injured a lot but I'm still trying to reach my potential physique wise (trying to get rid of the love handles and get to a lower body fat)

I think that was everything I had to say (for now )

Thanks for reading.

Hi Adam,

Welcome to 3FC! I'm 30 years ahead of you. I do remember when I was 24, I was thin as a rail. In any event, I was on the heavy side when I reached my mid 30's. I did a few things, working out was one of them, and I've been able to keep the weight off ever since. If you want some ideas of what I did and still do, I'd be more than happy to share. By the way, you're 24 years young.

Yes , I learned my lesson , slow progress is always better than fast + injured (which is really just slower progress)

I couldn't find the option to edit with a new quote , yes I'm interested by every idea that could make me improve.
