Default 21 Female, will I have loose skin?

Hello,
I'm 21 and female, I do ideal protein and I have been doing really well (lost about 80lbs since Feb). However I do walk 5-10km a day as I use to have a personal trainer so my body is trained for this, and my clinic approves. I am about 205lbs now and while I show no signs of loose skin yet. I am worried, I take collagen daily, but I also have the "flap tummy" and have had it for years. I will always keep going on with the diet but I just want to know if I should be prepped for heavy amounts of loose skin.

Your age is on your side. Youthful skin is more flexible.

There are things you can do. Don't lose weight too quickly. Keep hydrated and stay out of the sun. Daily exfoliation and moisturizing lotion (I love coconut oil).

Also, sometime skin takes longer to catch up. It may take a year or so after weight loss before your body completely settles into its new weight.

Congrats on your loss so far. You are killing it!
