Hi Everyone!
I am 42 years old. I have been married for 19 years, and I have three children ages 15, 12, and 8. I work full time as an Administrative Bookkeeper which is just a fancy way of saying I sit about 7 hours a day
With three kids I feel like I am always running through my days without taking time to smell the roses. You may think running equals slim, but unfortunately it does not. In fact it is quite the exact opposite. My kind of running is the stress related running where you are juggling fifteen balls at the same time trying to keep everyone happy. I may in fact do just that but the only person that suffers time after time is me. I am tired of being tired. I am tired of avoiding pictures, or doing activities with my kids because of my lack of self confidence. I chose today is the day to reach out and to just start moving! Being mindful of your choices is a step in the right direction and today is the day! I am 5 ft 9 " tall, and I weigh 211. My goal is to reach 170. So that magic number is 40 lbs. You've got to start somewhere, so here goes nothing!
