Starting all over again sucks! I lost over 30 lbs last year and was in the best shape of my adult life. I got down to 172, the smallest since high school! But i got real comfortable after Halloween and then the holidays came. I gained it all back and then some! So here I am again, I gotta lose it and get back to feeling amazing. I love Instagram and get a lot of my daily motivation there. find me SWEET_MARIE27

Things weight related seem to have a way of catching you unawares, hey? The one moment you're looking good and exercising and the next you realise that you haven't been to exercise in a monthand you've gained weight! :-( Or I know that's how it is with me so I feel you pain.

Good luck on losing it again, if you did it then hou can do it again!! :-)

Good luck! Don't get too comfortable this time girl. Always try and do good during the week (exercise & eat healthy) and only on holiday mess up (cheat day)

Oh I can so relate. I've gained and lost the same 50 lbs. I'm on my second time down from 300. We're all in this together! Here's to healthy and lean in 2016!!
