Default Yummy Pork Chops

Hey All... Wanted to share... I modified a recipe I found on the forum ... We just had it for dinner - It was SO GOOD.... Hope you enjoy!

Below is the original recipe - I modified by excluding the mustard and adding a spoonful of the Guiltless Gourmet Black Bean dip on the pork before topping with the Salsa... No need to marinate - just top the chops and bake - It was delicious...

Tex-Mex Pork Chops - Phase I (originally posted by ruthxxx )
-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Make this a day or so ahead as it benefits from marinating or make and freeze.

4 lean pork chops - I use boneless that are well-trimmed
dry mustard powder
chopped onion
chili sauce or salsa - salsa is better as chili sauce usually has sugar

Put the chops in a casserole in a single layer. Sprinkle the dried mustard on them to taste. Add the onion. Put the salsa on top. Allow to marinate a day or two. Bake at 350 for one hour, uncovered.

I didn't give quantities. It's sort of "to taste" and can be pretty zippy!
