BURP!!!
What can I say? It was Canadian Thanksgiving Weekend and a minor feeding frenzy yesterday. Back onto pure Phase I tomorrow - as soon as I finish this glass of wine.

I am facinated by all the awesome food choices and menus. It is all stuff i love....wish someone would stock my freezer with it. I am inspired.
I still haven't found enough time to menu search and plan.

Ruth my belches are grandiose today and the kids have been calling me the turkey toot queen.

OP tomorrow.

Ok, chicks! How's everyone doing? I plan to report my total P1 loss as soon as TOM is over. Yesterday was not as OP as I'd like. I'll do better today. I was just rushed and hectic and didn't eat on time so I was famished all day. Here's yesterday's menu (Canadian chicks, feel free to opt out of the menu reporting....as we will be doing next month ) :

B: flaxseed muffin (2) (8am)
S: flax seed muffin
L: lots of leftover kale and cauliflower bake (late lunch at 3:30)
S: 2T pb (maybe a bit more???) 1/4C ff milk powder, cocoa, splenda...mixed up togther
D: 2-lowcarb whole grain bagels w/ smartbeat ( , yes I know) (8:30pm)

Ok, I ate like a pig and not enough veggies yesterday. I was just starving for some reason yesterday. Today will be better, here's my menu plan:

B: veggie sausage mini quich cups-2
L: protein shake
D: tilapia w/ avocado and salsa, mashed turnips and cauliflower, steamed green beans

I'd orginally planned to only do a week and should've ended P1 Sunday but I think I'll do a few more days of it...at least till TOM is over. How's everyone else doing?

Well, today will be better. One of my biggest problems in cold weather is drinking water - unless it has Scotch in it! I have been having a wee problem with blood sugar levels going too low so need to add more slow carbs. I may have to ease into Phase II a bit early but we'll see how the next two days go. I go to the doc on Thursday for bloodwork results.
