Kim: Big hug to you. Don't worry. I bet you are not out that long so the aftereffects should not be too bad. Thinking of you.

Default Wednesday Only??

This is quick as I am super busy at work with dumb meetings.

Kim - don't worry abou tbeing put under, you'll do fine! You are a healthy, strong girl, and you will be fine. You have all of us who will send good vibes your way on friday.

Sarah - good news on your bill of health as well!

Kirsty - wow, I am definatley moving to London, that is all I can say! I think I am missing out. Cockfosters???? Yikes.

Jen - I worked with B/f for 2 weeks while we were dating and I am glad I don't sometimes, but wish I did other times. How is Emma?

Trish the Dish - feeling Bambino yet? My dog is too lazy to get up to walk in teh morning too - he is like Eeyore on winnie the pooh.

Well, a quick update, I met b/f yesterday for 1/2 an hour. He took a mental health day and asked me to stop by before I went out. HE said that he knows only one thing that he wants to be with me and that he knows he made a huge mistake and has forthe past year. But this incident made him realize what he has and what he'd be missing if he lost me. He asked me if I thought we could work it out and rebuild what we lost. I said I thought it might be possible, but we have to sit down today and seriously discuss it. then I'll decide. He said he knows he has lots of trust to re-earn with me and my family and that he realizes that he took me for granted since I was always there, first as a friend, then more.

Anywya, I realize I am in control now. ANd youi know, the few days I was "dumped" I realized I can get on without a man, any man, and I have other things nad people in my life that fulfill me. I know that this is really a choice that I will have to make, as he is clear he only wants to be with me, but its up to me, if I can forgive him and make another try.

I don't know what I'll say yet tonite, I don't know if I want to date him again. Not that I odn't love him, or miss him, but I am not sure I eveer ever want to go through this again.

I guess I have some more serious soul searching to do!

Well, I have to go now, but thanks for always listening and allowing me to cry/vent/rant to you all. I appreciate the support, I really do.

Also, I have managed to be OP and exercise through all of this - which is weird, b/c I didn't ever lose sight of what I wanted through this, which is to stay OP and lose. Wierd, usually I would get really apathetic.

I hope you all have a good day, I'll check in later but you'll probably all be gone!!

Default Go Belle!

You are woman, hear you roar!!
Kirsty: I, too, get tired in the afternoons!
Kim: The going to sleep part is the best for me! I'm just afraid of getting sick from the anestesia...the gas, so when I had my wisdom teeth pulled, I didn't eat or drink ANYTHING--no water, nothing--from 8:00 pm the night before until after the surgery. I hate throwing up, especially when your mouth is full of cotton to begin with.
There was something else I wanted to say, too, but now I forgot!
Oh well, boss is on her way back from getting a sandwich so I'd better wrap this up. And yes, I have internet police to an extent. I just have to CMA (cover my @ss)
Bye for now!
Oh yeah!! Kim, I have been to a NASCAR race and it was awesome!! Talk about power and adrenaline and men and beer and men and beer and men.... hahahahahaha BUT, the tickets went up in price to $110 per ticket this past year at Texas Motor Speedway. Sucky!
Here comes boss........

You go Belle!!! You sound so much more confident already. I am glad to hear that b/fd is sorry and knows what he is missing olut on but he needs to act like it! Be strong and stand up for yourself tonight. you deserve the best

Trish - I hope you feel the baby soon. that is so exciting!

Stacey - HI! Congrats on your loss!

Kim - Good luck with the surgery. I am sure it will go well.

JenL - I could never work w/ DH but I don't have to worry about it since he is a teacher and I work in offices BTW, DH & I were talking about baby names yesterday and now he likes Emma. (I thought we had setted on Elizabeth Lynne and call her Lily but he doesn't want to steal from my cousins). I love the name, I hope he doesn't change his mind. Emma Lynne Bird

Kristy - Looking at apartments together and starting over is fun. DH moved in with me but he didn't have much furniture so it wasn't too hard. He had to get rid of the stuff that was falling apart! Have a good night!

The meeting with the new HR person went ok. I am pretty sure that the Exec Dir will go with her instead of keeping me as a consultant. He likes everything to be in-house form what I hear. I guess I will find out in the next few weeks. Ok, back to work/internet surfing. See you later.

Sarah... I'm with you... Lily bird sounds better than Emma Bird. I LOVE the name Elizabeth and Lily... But my hubs g-ma's name is Elizabeth and I wouldn't want her to think we named our baby after her, so if we have another girl, we may use it for a middle name... who knows.

KO... welcome back. Was this a guy friend you were visiting??? DETAILS!!

Stacey... The do the CMA thing to. I am the queen of minimizing a screen!!!! The worst thing... hubby IM's me and my screen flashes. We aren't supposed to have IM, so I get nervous!!

Default OH MY GOODNESS

Can this day drag by any slower? ANYONE??

STacey adn Sarah, thanks for your encouragement. I really do feel pretty confident and I feel like I am in control of my own situation. Just applying for other jobs helped me out. I have 6 more months on this contract and that's good time to bank some $ and find a new job. And with b/f. well, I'll see what transpires tonite. If I take him back, it'll be on my terms. If I don't, I will not look back. that is what I decided. and since I am undecided on that, I will just wait and see what we say and what my heart says tonite. Trust my instinct.

Jen = I love Emily, but I won't name my kid that b/c its my stepmonsters favorite name. HOW bad am I? I also liked Gillian, but her neice is Gillian so there went that idea!!! I love Emma....great name.

KIER - I PMed you but woo hoo - details on this new man! and congrats on goal!!! I think I still have like 8 to go - I'll have to check Jen's website.

Well, gotta run.

Belle... there are some technical difficulties with the website and I haven't gotten a chance to dig into it. I have a 2000 machine at work and I wonder if that has something to do with it... so I am going to try it at home on my 98! Sorry!!! I'll try to remember to post an update tho!

Hi everyone

Sounds like everyone's having a good day so far. I'm not really. We slept late htis morning and of course we had a ton to do. We're going camping this weekend so we had to get groceries and stuff. This is the only day where we could both go together (we don't have a car so we have to carry everything home so two is better than one). Anyway because we slept late we didn't eat breakfast and then next thing it was luchtime and we were at the mall so we went to the food court. Dallas (my fiance) did the smart hting and had a nice healthy sub. I on the other hand am really sick of subs right now so I decided to get a soft taco and those mexi-fry things. Anyway I only ate half of the fries because they were soooo greasy. So that was all fine and then we were off again. Within 20 minutes I had the worst abdominal pain I knew I was either going to throw up or have the runs I had to use the bathroom at the grocery store and then we still had to walk home I tell you that was the longest twenty minute walk in my life I've been laying down almost ever since. I feel so lousy So now I'm thinking either I have some kind of food poisoning or my body is reacting from the greasy food that I have been avoiding for sometime now or its some kind of weird sign that I'm supposed to keep on track and not abuse my body Weird. Also I'm thinking... do I have to count those points I ate because they went right through (I'm sure you all wanted to know those details )

Anyway that's about all I have to say for now. I hope you all have a better day then I'm having. One thing about checking in so late is that everyone's already made all the comments I think of when I read the posts. Oh well. Maybe one of these days I won't be busy in the mornings and can check in earlier. Take care everyone.

Default Raw Meat :p

I remembered something I wanted to comment on. Trish you know how you were talking about how you got raw meat at a restaurant? That happens to me all the time!!!! I can name at least 15 restaurants that have tried to serve me raw meat in the past three years since I moves to the city! I get soooo frustrated. I spend most of my time ordering boring pasta because at least its safe and I won't have any hassle. Then once in awhile I get brave and decide to try to order meat again and low and behold it shows up to the table uncooked! It doesn't matter what kind of meat it is either-beef, chicken, fish. Its so brutal and it makes me so mad Most places don't even try to make up for it- no appologies, no discounts, nothing free. I hate that. Three times for sure I have had food poisoning from restaurants. I am so paraniod now. My friends all make fun of me-until my food arrives and it happens again. It never happens to any of them-ever! Its not fair. So at home I am extra cautious and I make my fiance check everything at home and in the restaurant. Oh well... Anyway that's my little rant about restaurant food. If any of you are ever coming to Saskatoon, in Canada where I live let me tell you where not to go before you come-k

Talk to you later

Rina

ps-is there somewhere I can go to find out what all of the little abbreviatios mean? Today I finally figured out what TOM & WI stand for. I'm still not sure what DH means. I know it has something to do with your significant other but I don't know what. Everytime I see it it makes me think "DearHeart" Isn't that corny?? If that's really what it means I'm gonna LMAO

Hi Everyone Just a quick note to say hi. I've been busy busy but have been doing a fair job of keeping up with the posts.

Belle... Good for you Don't you let him get away with this anymore... lay down the law!

Rina... Ugh, I hope you're feeling better. That sounds awful. Hopefully it's nothing serious and will go away quickly. DH stands for Dear Hubby/Husband. There's also DS and DD for Dear Son and Dear Daughter. Hmm not sure about where you could find a list of explanations... I guess just ask as you come across new ones

Kierie... oooh details on the man! We want to hear all about it! I'm glad you had a great time, that's awesome. Good to have you back here tho.

Hello to everyone else
