Jen-I am right there with you. I did great Thursday and Friday morning and afternoon. Then I have been on an icecream fest since Friday night. BAD BAD BAD!!! So, I know I am higher than when I started this challenge too. Ok so how do we get back on track? I seriously need a kick in the butt.
You've had alot of stress latley. It's understandable if you've coped with that stress with old habits. But now you have a plan now. The rapid start plan worked for you before and you will be successful with it again. Just focus on Monday. Get through Monday and you'll feel better, more in control. Then you can concentrate on Tuesday. You can do this!
You are worth the time, effort and concentration this takes. I know you have to take care of everyone else in you life as well and you have so much to work on, but you deserve the time and care everyone else does. You've been such a support to me and everyone else here. You are a great friend and you deserve to treat yourself with the same thought and care you do everyone else.
We'll get through today, do our best. We will renew our Spirits then Monday we will focus on making sure we care for ourselves as well as we care for others.
