Bola-- Alright! Great Job! It's really, really hard to schedule a workout with a little one. Their needs are constant. My little girl is 4, and it's much easier to plan things for myself now that she's a little older.

Hi everyone!
i just got back form the gym--and met my goal. It really hurt today. I had to take a break during the set, but was able to complete it.

For dinner I'm having 2 low fat hotdogs on lite whole wheat bread and some strawberries. I love grilled dogs!

Have any of you gone to the website for the new food pyramid? I went for the first time today, and it's really interesting. It isn't a set guide. Instead, you punch in a little information about yourself and it gives you your own food guide. It's based mainly on age, sex, and activity level.

Hello all!

It's been a busy couple of days for me. My new stroller arrived. It's FABULOUS!! It's a double jogger, but instead of having a fixed front tire it has a pivoting one for easier steering. You can also lock it for jogging, which I don't do. It's great around the farm, HUGE but great. So I've met my walking goal. I re read Dr. Phil's chapter on eating and feela bit more in control. I have a dr.'s appointment on June 10. I REALLY want to be back under 200 by then.

Jen-I love the scrapbook idea!! You are so right about weighing in everyday. I quit. Great job on making it to the gym, something is better than nothing. SOmetimes I get an all or nothing attitude and then b/c I didn't do everything perfectly I say screw it. I think with you schedule it would be hard tof it it all in. You are doing a greta job balancing everything it seems.

WELCOME BOLA!!! I love your daughter's name!! Daisy's are my favorite flower, my whole college dorm room was covered in Daisy print stuff. I also named my bunny Daisy. I too know how hard it is nursing and trying to lose weight. I only made it 3 months with my son. I feel a TON of guilt about it, but I couldn't produce enough milk for him so it's not like I could help it. It's great to have you on board.

Tammy-GREAT JOB ON YOUR LOSS! I'm so glad I'm not the only one who gets caught up in calculating. Somtimes myhusband tells me I am making more complicated than need be. Don't worry about eating after work. You know what triggered it and now you can be better preapred next time. Maybe keep somehealthy snacks on hand so when you walk in the door you have something ready while you cook. Or maybe try chewing gum, or brushing your teeth before you go in the kitchen, for me sometimes that will dtere me from snacking...not always though lol.

Donna-I hope your weigh in goes well tomarrow.

Marny-Great job meeting you goals!!! I too checked out the food pryamid. Just breifly though. It gave me a calorie intake of 1800 a day. Do you think is to maintain or to lose? Probably maintain, right?

Well I have to go get some house work done. I hurt my neck earlier this week so I've been slacking there. I am going to see my gramma tomarrow. It's been since before Christmas since I've been to her house. I think maybe it's been since August. I usually get to see her when she visits my mom's house, but I feel like I should make the trip this time. So after the kids' follow up with the dr. I'll make the two hour trek and spend the night. Should be interesting. Wish me luck. I usually do well with eating since my gramma lives on toast and tea and that's about all she keeps in the house LOL. have a great day everyone!!!

hey there, Bola you crack me up lol. I have a pump, a really nice hospital grade one I got on ebay for a decent price. I pumped consistently and nursed on demand and produced about 1/4 of an ounce. I was drinking 80-100 ounces of water a day and my doctor told me that I was eating enough, pumping and nursing enough and drinking enough so there was just nothing more I could do. OH WELL. We'll see what happens if we have anymore.

Which btw I am really starting to worry about b/c TOM is a few days late. I can't be on BCP b/c of the trouble I had with my gallbladder. Not sure why the dr. won't let me have them, that's what my appointmnet in June is for. We've been "careful" I am really worried and its' not something I'd usually discuss here, but can I tell you how stressed I am? We were "careful" last time and we had Ben, 16 montsh after AJ. I can't deal with that again! I will litterally lose my mind! I was severly depressed throughout my last pregnancy.

Anyway, I just got back from a nice long walk with my kids. It was very nice and I exceeded my goal of exercising three times It feels soooo good. I'm off to decide on dinner. Have a great night all!!!

Talking once again

Well, I weighed in today and I am up a little bit, but I am not going to let it get me down, I know that next Friday I will be back on the weight loss track. Misty, I hope everything goes well for you, and if worse comes to worse, I'll take one of your kids, lol.

No clue what the scale holds for me tomorrow, I think I've been not too bad this week. Exercise has been non existant except for 1 day at the gym and TOM is around the corner so if I am up a pound or 2 I won't be too upset.

Hi Everyone,
I am new to this site and am looking for a bootcamp buddy. I just started yesterday to loosely follow the diet. I haven't read the entire Bob Green Total Body Makeover book yet but I needed to start now. My weight is just getting out of control. So I took the parts of it i know and am trying to eat healthier and just be aware of everything I put in my body. I look forward to chatting with you all. Have a great day!

Terri
