Anyone want to try with me? I am starting on May 16 (Monday). My primary goal is to cut out all the white stuff and eat more veggies. I am a big poster, so if anyone want to jump on the bandwagon, please do!
Sounds like a good idea and I am with you on this one if you don't mind? I have parent on my caseload which lost lots of wt. this way. She lost 40 lbs. . After all the research people all tell us the white stuff is not good for us. So how do we go about this type of diet? No white sugar , flour or bread correct. Can you give me some more info. so that I am doing it correctly?
Thanks and its worth a try. I have lost about 10lbs so far just by making healthier choices and exercising. But this would help me maybe lose the 14lbs. more I want to get off and make me eat even better. After all whites aren't healthy anyways.
