Hi guys!
Here is a bit of an intro to you all...I am Sarah and I am 26 yr old mom in NE Ohio..I have one DS and one DD and happily married.

I have done South Beach before...lost a lot of weight back in Jan 2004 and then had health problems and went off plan and just spiraled a bit out of control. I then tried Weight Watchers, Atkins, Sugar Busters (which I still like, a lot - for more of a maintenance plan) and now I am back to South Beach.

This is my 2nd day of P1 and I am doing well. I am taking this slowly because I want to get down to 110lbs and stay there. I was up to 184 at my highest, right now I am around 130ish and my May goal is 125lbs. I am only 5'1" so, every pound counts.

Hey Aimee...That sounds like it was no fun! We had a girl tackle our goalie a week before tournaments and broke her ankle! I hurt my knee in a wreck 2 yrs ago. My Ortho doc wanted to try pain mgnt. before he scoped it and finally after 2 yrs. he is ready to take a peek. He just fears that it is all nerve damage and there will be nothing he can really do about it! Which by the way really stinks! A guy turned in front of me and I t-boned him and it totalled out my van and of course his lil Civic and my right knee went into the dash and I have suffered with it ever since. I'm not afraid of the surgery I have had others for different reasons. My biggest fear is that there will be nothing he can do for me and I will have to keep on like this. Well now I am rattlin on myself. TMI I am sure! lol
