Nature's Own has 100% Whole Wheat sugar free hot dog buns but they do use maltitol which I believe you said you can't have, Laurie. They taste great and everyone eats them.

Oh my what a morning we have had here. One thunder storm after another! Thank goodness the lights and cable only flickered but never really went out! I was ready though I have several candles lit. The house is smellin good. I really like the new Key Lime Pie one! They called the soccer game off for this afternoon! That means another make-up game. We have tournaments next w-end and then it is over til rec soccer starts in Aug. Man all that rain made me so sleepy! I could take a nap about now but I won't! lol

Barb...Enjoy the camp out. It is supposed to turn cold here over the w-end and be in the 30's at night! Burrrr Hope y'all have warm dry weather!

Tar...I love Cracker Barrel. Don't worry about the kids and just enjoy yourself and have a good time. It's only for a w-end.

Sil...Hope all goes well with your hair appt. I finally nailed my DS down long enough last w-end to cut mine. When she was cutting it she would say well I can see why you are so unhappy, who cut your hair again? It was so uneven and out of wack! She said I am not sure what they were tryin to do! lol

Sunny... Have a good w-end!

Laurie...I hope you get your class changed. He sounds aweful! I hope you figure out the problem with your weight. But like you said keep doin what you know to do!

Everyone else...Hello! Have a happy safe OP w-end!

Default Good Morning

Hey Hey Hey
It's going to be a great weekend here!!! 73 degrees on Sat and I'm going camping

Hopefully, the wild mushrooms will be out after all the rain the last two weeks and the sun we've had this week!!!

Hey Ruth....We have those flowers in Idaho but we always called them Easter Lillies when we were kids. Those and Indian Paintbrush are my favorites. Did you know that if you pick them they won't grow back?? We didn't and that's why there aren't as many around my mom's house anymore ...much better to take a pic

Hope everyone with big plans has a good one and see ya'll Monday morning!

Monica

Happy Friday Everyone!

It's rainy and chilly here (about 60 degrees) with the wind it feels alot cooler. I can't wait to be able to go camping.

You guys were talking about flowers, my fav has always been lilly of the valleys. Most people look at me like I am crazy when I say that but I have alot of fond memories of my Grandmothers and her lilly of the valleys.

You were also talking about doggies I have a pomeranian named Taffy. She is almost a year old and shes a handful. She gets into everything. I want to get a Yorkie next. My cats are gonna hate me lol!!

Hope everyone has a great weekend!!

I'm baaaack! Had a great time. I managed to keep off 3 of the lbs I lost so I guess all is not lost. If I would stick with PI for more than five days I would probably do much better. My goal for the next two weeks is the nine lbs that I wanted off by now. Oh well! Keep on tickin!

Sounds like everyone is well. The flowers are so pretty Ruth.

Laurie: Sorry about your weight gain. How frustrating for you. You are so right though, just keep doing what you know is right.

Just had to reschedule my doctor appt. forgot about it yesterday, thought it was next week, mess mess mess. Now I have to wait for a month because it was a fasting appt. Oh well, maybe I can actually lose some weight before I go in this time.

Hope everyone has a good day today. I am going to check out some of the posts while I was gone. The sun is shining here and it looks like another nice spring day.

Monica,

I love dachshunds! Before my Shepherd mix I had a little black and tan named Zoe. She is still the cutest thing, but now belongs to my parents. Very protective!

Yup...if we're thinking of the same ones...they were in the little freezer from the Nature's market section with the gluten free breads. Not there any more. I'm not as into hot dogs since we can only have one and it has to be fat free, but I would love to have some good burger buns...those are gone too. Have you found anything like that anywhere else, locally?

Thank you SO much for the marshmallow recipe! How fun!!! I was just sitting with some friends who were making smores last night, and wishing we had a SF version so I could make some of my own!

I wonder if you could make SBD friendly graham crackers...is graham flour okay? Ruth? Barb?

Hi chicks!

It's me. Really stinking busy at work these days. Hate that! Had a meeting in Detroit all day today. It managed to double my workload in matter of six hours.

Good news is I managed to weigh in today and I'm down six pounds since vacation. Thank goodness! I haven't had time to change my signature but hopefully tomorrow!

Have a great weekend!
