What a wonderful Monday Morning (I don't say that very often!)

Seems like a lot of us are back on Phase 1 (or continuing!)

Family has left - we met them at Subway for a good bye lunch (I took DD out for her lunch and Advisory/Study Hall so she could come too.) I had a grilled chicken salad with Atkins dressing. It was supposed to be a Spinach Salad, but they were out of Baby Spinach. So I had a shredded lettuce salad - my body is going to hate me later!

RUTH: I can't believe you up when it is still dark! LOL! Our morning went pretty well, this week was easier than last as far as getting up goes. Sounds like and eventful day (I was going to say fun, but changed my mind!) Good luck at the appts.

LADY: My goal this week is to add exercise. I've been able to do it in the past, but when I start a new plan I seem to focus on diet first and work in exercise later. Thanks for the motivation.

ELLIS: Enjoy your day as well! I had to do a quick load with DD's PE clothes because we forgot! I delivered them when I picked her up for lunch. Our mtn. isn't in the laundry room, but in everyone's rooms waiting to be sent to the laundry room!

TARA: Tell us how you like the lounger later - I'm curious. Enjoy your day with the kiddos. I've considered that, but I want to be able to take Spring Break off and stuff like that and I'm afraid doing daycare would tie me down too much.

BAMIE: I hope you take some time to yourself after your weekend. Give yourself some down time to relax. You know the detox goes away soon. Hang in there!

SARAH: Good for you! I'm glad those jeans were enough of a motivator to stay OP! I didn't fare so well with our BBQ burgers - but I'm back on today!

JAMIE: Have fun with the kids... I taught Jr. High Science for two years and have been subbing part-time for the past 2 years. I don't see myself going back to teaching for another 2 years, but I did like it! I'm weird that way, I really like 7th and 8th graders! (PS HAPPY BIRTHDAY!)

JENN: We're back on this!!! YEA!

BONNIE: Have a great week off with your boy and walking and gardening. Sounds like a perfect vacation to me!

SIL: HI

BB: Our family has a cold - and I'm trying to avoid it! Glad you are going to join us on Phase 1!! The more the merrier!

AMY: I'm glad that you are feeling better about things. It doesn't take long for them to do something stupid! LOL! Sounds like a great dinner you have planned too.

BARB: You are doing so great - and so close to goal! I bet your dr. is thriiled with your progress. The results with your blood pressure really show that your work has paid off too. That's fantastic!

SWEET TOOTH: I couldn't wear my jammies either - they would probably arrest me Hope all goes well for you.

Default Hi Ladies

Wow, I'm actually sitting at the computer. I feel like I've been gone forever. Life has gotten hectic and this is the last place I've been.

I had a week totally off program, but I felt awful and decided I like the way I feel when I'm eating right and exercising.

My son and DIL are moving to a State near me YooHoo! My DIL came here last week and will be here till about the first of June. Of course I'm loving hugging and playing with three darling grandsons...but I've decided it's a good thing you have kids when you're young.

Work is outrageously busy and I'm enjoying a quiet day off today.

Sounds like you all are being good and continue to inspire me.

Love and hugs!

Tauna

Wink Gooood Afternoon my friends...

Where's the water game? Okay with that out of the way

Well, I we argue about if it's on my diet or not. It's more of no let's go here so you can stay on OP, where Im trying to go somewhere I can cheat!

I ate one of the beachy wraps for lunch. It was okay, surprisingly filled me up. We bought 3 bc they are cheaper than the frzn ones. I have class tonight am i looking forward to it? No. but it's like this every Monday! It's a Dale Carnegie class if you get offered it.. go for it! Im starting another class called Christianity 101 on Wednesdays with our Church. Now that sounds interesting.

Hi guys. I spent the day with a sick Shelby. Long story, but I had to take her to the vet today (last week was the cat) and she has a slipped disc. My poor little baby. She's on relaxers right now and hopefully she will heal without any problems. Oh yeah, she weighed 4.19 pounds on their scale. I'm gonna go lie down with her~~catch ya all later.

Sil! 4.19 pounds! My Shelby just weighed in at 35! She's been gaining like 2.5 pounds a week....I wish it would stop! Hope your shelby gets better.
