Congrats. Keep up the great work. I found the same thing...this WOE is so natural to me, I can't believe my great fortune - eat the way I want and lose weight, too!
I do a cardio workout 5 times per week, if possible. We have an indoor and outdoor track at work, so I go do my workout during my lunch break. I have been hit or miss the past few weeks because I have been running my mom around to appointments and trying to book them at lunch time.
I also have been trying to do strength and flexibility training at home every second day. This has worked out well with my schedule and I don't feel like exercise is eating into my personal time.
