I made these a while back and they are delicious!! I also had a problem with the amount of cinnamon and the outer pecans did burn. I will be making these again this weekend!!

I am currently making these. I only bought 2 ounces of pecans though, to test the waters. I am no math whiz, so it was hard for me to convert litar's recipe:

2 oz. pecans
10 packets of splenda
1/3 tsp. cinnamon
couple granules of salt
1 tsp water
1/3 of an egg white

I will let you know how it turns out!

ETA: A bit on the well side, even though I turned every 5 minutes and only cooked for 25 minutes. Still good and sweet!
