Cheesy Chicken Cordon Bleu - 5 Points

16 ounces boneless & skinless chicken breast -- 4 pieces
8 slices Hillshire Farms Deli Select Meats -- Ham
1/4 cup fat-free cream cheese
2 ounces Swiss cheese, lowfat -- 4 1-inch pieces
1 egg white -- slightly beaten
1/3 cup bread crumbs
paprika -- to taste
1. Heat oven to 350 F. Spray 15X10X1 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray
2. Pound chicken to about 1/4-inch thick.
3. Place 2 slices ham on each chicken breast half. Spread each with 1 tablespoon cream cheese, top with 1 sliceswiss cheese. Starting at short end, roll up. Secure with wooden toothpicks; press edges to seal.
4. Carefully dip chicken in egg white; coat with bread crumbs. Place chicken rolls, seam side down, sprayed pan. Spray tops of each roll with cooking spray.
5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and juices run clear. Remove toothpicks before serving.
6. Sprinkle with paprika.
