Jo - wow - you just keep losing and losing! What great results. I was impressed when you told me it was 45 lbs! I am curious - do you track food and/or count calories? Or do you follow Dr. A's advice and dispense with all that?
Thanks,Daisy. I don't count calories, and I'm not sure what you mean by tracking food, so I guess I don't do that either. I think I internalized the rules and went from there. I've never really done a full Phase 2, but since I had to eliminate some things with MSG last week, I have been eating more fruit and grains................Jo
